In accordance with the state mandate, our Company is adopting the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy Linked below.
You can search for vaccine locations at:
https://www.vaccines.gov/, which allows you to filter by vaccine, zip code, site name, and site type.
Since the issue of vaccination is directly related to health and safety, we are requiring all of our employees to complete this mandatory COVID-19 vaccine educational training. We hope that the information provided in this short video and Mass.Gov link will help encourage all of you to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. We expect that the information will at least give you the basis to make a well-informed decision.
Once you complete the video, you must click on the link to the Mass.Gov Frequently Asked Questions. This page has information that will explain the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine.

CoVID-19 Policy and Assessment - Updated 12/29/2020
This is a COVID-19 update and reminder that all staff must self-monitor their temperature before reporting for work every day. You need to assess yourself for symptoms, especially anything new. Please contact your supervisor with any questions or concerns. Also, please report to your supervisor if you develop symptoms during the day and need to leave work anytime during your work day.
The company would like to reinforce the importance of following COVID-19 guidance even outside of work to protect yourself, your co-workers, your patients and your family.
Please contact your supervisor if you would like to get any additional training or education, whenever you need PPE and anytime you have any questions or concerns about COVID-19 or anything else.
